Breck vs Windells winter

Hello everyone, I have a choice to go to windells for a winter session or go to breckenridge for a week, what would you choose? i can go anywhere i want but i like those two, any ideas where to go?

windells. because there you wont have to worry about meeting anyone... all the coaches and people are awesome and you probs will learn more

breck, the park is so much better its not even funny...its better than windell's summer setup. and you'll meet people, just have to talk to other skiers on the chairlift, or even post on here and people will meet up, you'll find people to shred with. and bonus is that keystone is just a 30 minute free bus ride away so you get two of the best parks in the world on the same lift ticket. as far as nighttime stuff, being 21 is a big help, if not just try to see if people you meet on the hill are down for hot tubbing or whatever.

id go to breck .. even tho the park is good at breck i wasnt impressed with the rest of the mountain..the best part about it is that keytone is 20 min away...and that place is a blast

both mountains suck for skiing and are way too limited vertically

I say breck.  Even though you might learn more new stuff at windells with coaches and all that, Breck's park is probably better and you could for sure meet people on regionals or on the mountain.

Well I like the breck park better but I also want to learn some stuff, plus I'm not 18 yet so windells would be ideal, but it sounds like breck is more fun and a bit cheaper

This- an average winter park for a major mountain versus one of the top 3 on the planet for park

plus its in summit county and all the honeydipp touristas will be there and you can woo them with your aerial trickery

For pure park, Breck obviously. Hood in the winter starts to get decent park by late January or February, depending on snow. Weather is also usually much better at Breck, more clear days but winter weather is usually a crapshoot this far in advance. Windells has much better off-hill activities, especially since you are 18. As far as I know Breck and its surrounding area doesn't have a lot to offer as far as indoor skating and trampolines with a foam pit like Windells has.

Please don't go to Breck.  Breck has got to be the worst mountain in Colorado.  The park is great but, it is so damn crowded and there isn't any other decent terrain on the mountain.

If you are only going for park, Breck is pretty damn hard to beat. Overall experience, Windells winter sessions are amazing... If you want to actually shred, I would go hit up Whistler and get good park and better shredding than hood or breck

dont go to mt hood in the winter unless you want a 99% chance of skiing in a cloud. But then again, Breck's park is sick, but get some diversity; the non-park skiing is really, really mediocre.

I'd say that is not all true... Copper is only 30 minutes away and has drop in sessions every night with tramps, foam pits, and snowflex. But if you were to meet somebody that lives in Breck they could probably show you around and stuff. Other than that i don't really know what else... I can't really compare seeing as though i have never been to Windells.
