I like wearing my boots tight because i have more control over my skis, but having tight boots leads to poor circulation in my feet. Any Ideas how i can keep my boots tight and still get blood to my feet?
What kind of boots are they, and do they have micro adjustable buckles. You may need to loosen your boots just a bit, cause there's really no other way. If they have micro adjustable buckles then you can loosen just enough to make it all good.
my tecnica agent 110s fit perfectly. i buckle the top two buckles and basically leave the bottom two undone since that is where the veins are that supply the blood to your feet.
i dont lose any control though because the boots fit perfectly
^ This guy knows whats up.. Personally i think the way a boot fits someones foot will act aalot on how the person will ski.. i havent yet found the right boot for me because my foot is a very odd shape, im flat-footed,, my foot is very wide, and i wear size 30.5 which is harder to find that 27 or something smaller... When i wear ski boots and i want them to fit like everyday shoes to let me do whatever i want on rails and shit.. ive always felt very stiff in my boots and couldnt really move them
My suggestion is to crank the top two as tight as you can but so its comfortable. Then the bottom two should be loser... they should barley have resistance when you push them down. Thats how I always do mine and they always feel good. Hope it helps some.
Go to a good bootfitter somewhere your foot is getting shut off you need to have this addressed because prolonged it can cause nerve damage. You need to be able to isolate what part of the foot is numb, be specific in telling the fitter exactly where it is, like if the little toe and the outside of the next toe goes numb, this will help locate which nerve is being affected.
