I am going to Liberty university in the fall, they have their own snowflex hill, my question is how do i dry my boots out in my dorm because if i dont they will smell terrible. I went on the snowflex already and because of them misters the inside of my boots get soaked... please help
get the liner out and put some newspaper balls inside it'll absorb most of the water then you can probably take the rest of the water out the next morning with a hair dryer or something like that.
You can buy a skiboot dryer for around 50 dollars.
Depending on the model they will dry your ski boots in around 2 hours and some even dry your gloves.
Just google for them.
my boot dryer is probably the greatest christmas present i've ever gotten. They're kinda overpriced for what they are but it's definitely worth getting. Make sure you get one with four arms and a cold and warm drying functionon it so you can dry boots and gloves. Expensive gloves and heat moldable liners wont do well with the heated drying.
Boot dryers are amazing, for sure worth the investment. Also, dryer sheets make the stink go away. I usually put the dyer sheets in the liner, then while I'm skiing I take them out and put them in my bag, then put them back in my boot when I'm done skiing and then use the boot dryer with the sheets in, I just change the sheets after about 10 days of skiing.
