Does anyone else think LINE's new ski graphics are horrible? I think last years ski graphics were sickness. Discuss?

i like all of Lines designs. I just dont like the design on the afterbangs. Looks like its a geaper ski.

Why do graphics even matter? i mean most people pick out there skis by there flex, duribility, ect.... not there graphics!

75% of americans vote on american idol too but that doesn't make my opinion that it's fuckin retarded any less relevant.  i agree, graphics don't matter, you don't like the graphics?  buy some stickers.

Thats exactly on my view of things. Two years ago i bought Suspects and I absolutely hated them for multiple reasons. Im thinking about the Afterbangs because theyre almost everything i want in a ski. I quite frankly don't give two shits about the graphics.

well i pick my skis based on their functionality, but they matter because it's aesthetically pleasing, like you may not even be looking to buy the skis but you could still be like hey those look sick. the OP is just asking what you think about line's graphics for this season

i wasnt saying it matters that much, people who buy ski's based solely on topsheet are retarded, i was simply saying you can still like or dislike a topsheet graphic and thats all this thread is about

this is sad, but true. You'd think people would inform themselves better about a huge purchase, such as a ski. But i guess it doesnt really matter if they're all spending mommy and daddy's money.

Myself however, I like to know how the ski rides, the flex (like one guy said) how springy or stiff the ski is. All this come in to play when i make a purchase. Yeah graphics will influence my purchase, one ski over another. But at the same time It's doesnt make a monumental impact on the sale.

While it doesn't matter at all, I couldn't disagree more. The EPs look crazy dope and have you seen the chronic cryptonites? The bear looks like one of their beat topsheets ever.

Well if they see a crew using the skis in an edit, skiing the same way and style they do, and then research the flex, durability, dimensions, etc, then why not? But I understand the whole OMG SCOTT SKIS TOM WALLISCH GARGLE


And after researching the fuck out of the 09/10 wave of skis, the pair I picked just so happened to look sick as hell

Between 12% and 24% of Americans voted on the season finale of the last American Idol. Although I do agree with you that it is fucking retarded.

I agree that graphics don't really matter when it comes to a ski, but they do influence to an extent whether or not I would consider buying a ski. Example: I'm sure Nordica makes a fine ski but I would never buy it because they have those fucking spades all over them. Looks stupid imo.
Is that superficial of me to think this? Absolutely.
Am I alone in this mindset? Not even close.

pollard is not about "going way out" when have any of skis not been simple awesome designs.

The chronics have some of the best graphics that I have ever seen though.

I like the SFB's, EP pros and chronics cryps alot. I think alot of the girl skis are pretty sick looking too. Still hate the abangs. Nothing terrible enough to keep me from buying any of them.
