A quick word on blocking ads

Does NS not work properly on anyone elses comps.?
some errors include:
- When I want to respond in a forum the text box will not let me type for a minute or so because the cursor will not show up
-Sometimes when I am browsing forums my comp. freezes for a minute and a mesage comes up saying ( Stop running script? yes or no)
-When I go to watch a video the screen where the video should appear stays blank for a minute
-when I first enter the site pictures such as in latest news do not show up
Is it just me who has these problems?
