Replying to Overseas shipping question

Alright, so I was planning on buying some ft booters from aspecto here on NS (check his thread), and he was all ready to ship them out today but there was one problem. the shipping cost $90 because he is located in the UK and im in NY. Now he doesn't want to sell them to me because his profit is considerably lower. (which I understand)

So NS, i was wondering if anybody knew if there is a much cheaper way (sayyy, $30-40?) to ship semi-large items overseas without heavy shipping costs? Help me out guys, thanks.
