Good Shops

Hey everyone, looking for some shops around southern NY / northern NJ and some of PA. I've been renting from the Pelacan Shop my entire life and am just getting into park and want to get the right gear. I haven't seen that much at the Pelacan Shop so I thought I'd ask what shops everyone goes to and start checking them out. Shops with a bigger inventory of freestlye is prefered, not like a shop that's 99% racing and also sells two models of twin-tips. Also if you could tell me when they generally open, I want to get my gear as early as possible to get good deals / last years models. I appreciate all the help.

I got my skis at a ski barn (K2 Disorderlys 1st gen) but you might want to look around online since from what I've seen, there's not really too much of a selection. Shops usually carry like 1 or 2 manufactures and thats it.

i don't live by you but what i would suggest doing is go to yellowpages.com and type in ski or skiing, ect. it will give you a list of places that sell skis in order of distance from your current location. each has a number and during business hours just call each and ask them which park models they carry. most shops don't have a lot because most skiers don't ski park, but the shop i had mine mounted had like 15 park models so just call em up and you'll find a bunch

dont go to ski barn. its so fucking overpriced. your better of just searching it in a phone book and supporting a local small shop

Check out nestors in whitehall pa. They dont have much stuff right now but as fall comes they get a lot and know what they are talking about.

Just found a site online, suburban sports. Its a shop in PA, like 2 hours from me. The online store has a pretty good selection of gear, they probably have more in the store. Can anyone vouch for them?

pelican carries volkl, k2, and has all marker bindings.
