he just says how houserunning is a lifestyle and how free he feels when he starts to run with his house, all his buddies are doing it and when youre out there with them its the best thing ever, experiencing the nature with the house, maybe comparable to mowing a lawn or flying a spacefighter, but, somehow its not comparable to anything.


then its about running around the house, running into the house and running out of the house, all separate "disciplines if you want".

its from a german comedy show YEARS ago and it came to my mind, still lmao when i see this. hope you can enjoy it too

wakeboarding? seriously? shit my family has a boat and i go wakeboarding but mostly wake skating all the time, but for an action sport, its pretty damn boring, you need like a 20 grand boat and one other person with you to even do it. and its the same fucking thing over and over, one wake, same size air. i mean its sorta fun, but as far as being interesting and cool no way. plus the whole wakeboarder scene is the worst, its by far the biggest bro fest ever.

i was in europe and i met this guy who would do it and film it with his go pro and he had videos where he was a foot off of a ledge or something on the side of the mountain
but as cool as it is, i also like wakeboarding and freeride DH and urban DH cuz they are all just sick

wrong about what? ive got friends who have tried to prove me wrong with video's and stuff, but i find that it just gets boring really quick. its like watching somebody hit the same jump over and over again for an entire video segment.

you must not be a very good wakeboarder. (no hate intended - it's just that you're describing the exact opposite of the wakeboarding i know.)

one wake? right side and left side. two different jumps. adjust the rope length. adjust the weight distribution in the boat. adjust speed. adjust trim (depending on the type of boat) find the right size wake for what you're trying to learn.

same size air? see above. also, learn to load your line. cut in harder. pop harder.

same thing fucking over and over again? learn some new tricks dude! the possibilities are endless! plus everyone in the boat gets to watch you jesus slap the water when you catch your toe side edge learning a trick.

to each his own i guess, but i think you need to be exposed to "real" wakeboarding. (and maybe I'm making false assumptions about your experience. if so, i apologize. no hate intended)

I have gotten more concussions wakeboarding than any other sport I have ever played. It is not boring in the least and is so much fun and full of possibilities.
However DH mountain biking takes the cake in this thread

no your right, im not that great, i have a fun time, but its more just as a relaxing way to spend a hot day to me. i dont take it seriously at all. ive got tons of friends who are really good though. and yeah, its cool in some way's.
but really, yeah there may be lots of variations in the size of the wake and how you hit it, how much air you get etc... but really its one wake, just hitting it slightly differently. like i said its just like watching a skier hit the same jump over and over again but doing different tricks, sure it can be cool, but hitting a bunch of other stuff is wayyyyy better. its nothing like skiing or skateboarding where every thing you hit can be completely different.

^^ Kite boarding has just gained my respect that sport is the definition of crazy. The air that they do are HUGE also when they're just riding the water is so choppy and sketchy. That was sick.
