The News to Interview Me About my Summer Setup

So, I'm sitting here on NS and the phone just rang. It was WJAC News (Central PA) asking if they could do a feature on it. Apparently like three of my neighbors called them and said it was pretty cool how this kid was skiing in the summer. I said to them that I wasnt sure if I would want to do it because i'm quite shy and dont really like publicity. Should I do it or not? If I do, Im definitely repping NS so that will be a plus of it. Thoughts?

I'd put forward the idea to talk about half-pipe skiing. It'd be great to get that idea into the minds of those that are unaware. Just make sure you're comfortable with it.

Go for it. It'll be a good experience as you'll need to get over shyness and feel comfortable with speaking in front of an audience as you grow older.

Plus, the publicity will be pretty cool.

Do it it shallst be a goodthing for skiing. Who knows maybe it will become something that makes skiing alot more bigger... We could finally have a freestyle spot in the olympics :D or not. Probably not.

Newschoolers is a little finacially troubled. I dont think that would happen but i guess its worth a shot. If it does work out I would put thwm in the most visible places i can find and rep the NS shirt to the max. I dont really have much to rep them right now

I doubt that they'd ever send you free stuff like that, even if your cause was legit. Cause then they'd have a million kids begging them for swag. Good luck with the interview, you'll do fine man.

you would be suprised how much stuff we give away. promotional gear is a calculated part of the budget and is necessary to get the site exposure. contact schmuck or malcolm... they will see what they can do.
