The only 2 experiences I've had with cops have been pretty annoying. I don't like the cops around here.
The first time, I decided to walk home from school because my mom forgot to get me, wasn't answering phone, and I live 5 seconds from school. I also only go part time, so I was done early. I went outside and walked up the main hill, 5 seconds later a cop with lights on, pulls up to the middle of the road and turn sideways, blocking all the traffic on this main road. He gets out of the car and asked me to walk over to him. So I walked up to him and he asked me my name, reason for being on the road, why I didn't have an adult with me. Blah blah blah. He then asks me to get in the car, I say to him "Why? I'm not breaking the law, I told you my story, you can call the school and ask, I'm registered and live 5 seconds from here. I just need to walk home." He replies "Shut up. You have no rights and know nothing about the law. I'm not going to waist time calling the school cause I know that you're bullshitting. Get in the car or you're resisting arrest." So I got in, 5 seconds later my mom picked me up from school. Really annoying.
The second time, I was downtown, walking with my mom when a cop walks up and asks me what I'm doing out of school. It was 12 o'clock. He then proceeds to try and get me to take off my hoodie and show him what I had beneath it, ask my mom to show him the inside of her purse, and to ask if I would join him in his car while he called the school and asked. I told him that he had no right to ask me, or my mom to do any of those things, and that I wouldn't get in the car because he has no right to make me, and we continued on our way.
