Ski Recommendations...

I am selling my car audio and wanted to get a new pair of skis since my 07/08 line chronics are pretty beat up. I was thinking about line afterbangs... Open to suggestions please recommend some skis...

If you're skiing that much park than the line afterbangs sound like a great choice, and last years are in your price range. I'd say go for it. I have heard some pretty positive feedback on them. The Line Masterminds might also be a good choice, little bit smaller of an underfoot but they're a little stiffer. I think the masterminds would actually perform better out of the park, the afterbangs might favor rails a little more while the mastermind would lean towards big kickers.

That's what I would get.  176 Line Chronic.

But if you like the ski shorter for rails than you can get 171.  It wouldn't make that big of a difference.

But it is a good ski, and in my opinion, it's better than the Mastermind.  I've never skied the Afterbang though.

lol i have 166 line chronics and i love them, but theyre not centermounted and the edge on one side is splitting but they are 3 years old so i think i could go for some more chronics...

Oh yeah I forgot you wanted to centermount.  I wouldn't centermount Chronics though.  They're not symettrical.  I would do like -.5 a cm or -1 cm.

I've heard good and bad things about the Afterbangs so I don't know.  Flashkick101 wrote a good review on them though.  Just search for him and then go to his reviews.

Isnt the stepup or whatever its called just a stiffer afterbang? That sounds good to me.

Yeah. Also has double the carbon ollieband of the Afterbang to like 10 or something sick like that. Graphic looks really good as well

I found a pair of afterbangs, I'm gonna order them on either monday or tuesday, now i just need to find a shop that will mount them in the summer so i can use them in august lol...
