Looking to upgrade video cam

So right now I have a very entry level cam it's a Cannon ZR-800 mini DV cam. Here's an edit shot souly on it. Check it out and let me know what kind of camera I should get preferably HD. I'm willing to look into any suggestions so fire away k+ for feedback

thanks bro I have a standard GoPro wide and was looking to upgrade or just get a new normal cam so I'll check out the hv30/40

The GoPro HD is really what I'm swaying towards the price is unbeatable. Obviously you are limited but I prefer filming on the fly. I could just stick it in my pocket and mount it up to a pole whenever
