i'd rate them a little above urban condition. they have literally tons of life left in them, the edges underfoot are still really good (one or two really small cracks) still pop super well, the only issue is one of the edges in the tail began pulling out. so i decided i could fix it with some epoxy, but i was wrong. so i ended up just snapping the edgeon the tail off and now they ride perfectly fine. the grey on the sidewalls is to cover the chipping. currently they're mounted at center on their 2ndt mount for a 310 bsl. these skis have been on ONE urban mission, bases got a little scratched, but nothing even close to the core. in fact, they're much better than the park skis i'm on now. (both the bases and the edges.)
the PX12's are in pretty good condition.
honestly, with a base grind these skis could easily be riden all next season, either as an urban ski, really nice backyard ski, or even everyday park ski. also these babies have the best topsheet out of any ski ever produced.
