Replying to Gap year help

so its been decided that i need to take a gap year before i go off to college. I have a completly open year to do what ever i want, providing that i have the funds. It would be awesome if it could involve moving out to a large ski resort for part of the time. If you could just gimme some advice on how to make the best of this year. mabey some of you own experiences. it doesnt just have to do with skiing gap years. im pretty much open to anything
