Monday:
Bench-1x20. And then 10x10, 1x15. 1x20.
DB Incline Bench-6x10
DB Decline Bench-6x10
DB Flat Bench-6x10
6x10 on the Pec Deck machine
8 Sets of Pushups
And then run 4 miles home
Tuesday:
Squats-10x10.
Leg Sled+Super Leg-10x10 each
Sumo Squats+Box Squats+Figure 8-5x10
Lunges and side lunges-5x10 for each leg
And then various leg machines depending on how my hip is feeling at that point.
Usually a core workout as well, depending on time.
Wednesday:
I don't feel like typing it out but it's an arm and back workout. Rowing machines, curls, skull crushers, etc.
And more cardio.
Thursday:
Same as Tuesday.
Friday
Core workout/cardio
Saturday
Usually just biking
Sunday
Same as Tuesday
