I know I do, just got back from running gassers with the team. Running down a football field 48 times and then doing wind sprints is AWESOME! No joke feel like I'mma puke right now.

and op suck it up. I run 8 miles a day and run a half marathon every sunday. You aren't in great shape. Conditioning separates the weak from the real athletes

affter 3 years of loafting around and blazing i have decided to get in shape and play lacrosse in the fall

Ive ran the past 3 days its sick im actually getting back up towards my peak health gimme 2 weeks of this shit and i will b a well oiled machine again

I only run about 12 miles a week plus an 8-10 mile hike on the weekends, but I do yoga about 10-12 times a week and really feel its benefits already. There are so many postures focusing on balancing on one leg, I can't wait for ski season to roll around and have the best lower body and core strength I've ever had.

Dude, it's the best thing I've ever done, physically and mentally. I'm no hippy, but I feel like I'm reborn every morning when I do class early before work. It totally clears the mind of all the negative shit and allows you to focus on yourself and what you want to become. Because of yoga, I'm WAY fucking calmer now and more at peace with everyone around me and my surroundings. I also don't get pissed off at the little stuff any longer. And the leg stretches kick some serious ass.

then I guess you suck at XC, or maybe you don't run it and were just making a joke. I dunna, I've never seen someone my size or bigger run XC and place decently. The ones who win are usually like 5'10" and 155 lbs.

Nevermind, I goofed for some reason. I though 75 inches was below 6 feet, then I realized it was 6'3". Even so, at 6'3 you're pretty bean poley, I'd say.

I played on turf in 95 degree weather late june

it fuckin sucks so much the heat makes your cleats so hot you could fuckin fry and egg on em..and my fuckin feet felt like they were on fire

and to make matters worse we were playing one of those classic inner city hispanic teams ya know non matching uniforms,communicating in spanish,amazing amount of skill,and just raping the other team

My only summer conditioning is cutting and hauling trees in 100 degree, 90% humidity weather.

Same here. When I actually used to run 5 miles a day for the hell of it. Then play a few games of ultimate.

I played ultimate a couple days ago, and running hard for an hour felt like it was going to kill me. I miss being in  shape. Ran a mile today, hopefully I can keep it up and at least not be completely out of shape.

I complain that my knees have tendinitis from my Smolev cycle, but some people don't have knees to get tendinitis in.

I complain my forearms hurt from static holds, but some people don't have hands to hold things with.


I know the drill shithead, I work out more than you and more seriously. I just don't like running. You can go do your 5 sets of concentration curls now, I know this argument got your minimal pre-pubescent levels of testosterone RAGING!
