Aqurie an Island of the coast of costa rica.  Hire an army of construction workers to build a perimeter fence around the island and a generator to electrify it.  Inside the fence put up 5 paddocks that have their own electrified fences and moats surronding each of the paddocks.  Dig a 15' deep pit that is circular with a glass roof over it, the glass can withstand anything that hits it.  Hire 10 scientists to create 6 dinosaurs.  T-rex, terradactyl, spinosaurus, allosaurus, velociraptor, and a stegasaurus for the other 5's food.  The raptors will be placed in the pit and will be used for entertainment by having raptor vs death row prisoners from any country.

i would work in the ski industry, making skiing more known and hyped. Basically make it so gnarly kids can become well-known millionaires from skiing. Use my money for good YA KNOW. Then i would learn double corks on skis. Then i would have sex with a lot of women.

being 16 years old, realistically I would need my parents to put it into a savings account. However i would withdraw 100 grand in cash and keep it in a safe so that i can go through high school with any kind of Clothes, ski shit, cameras, pretty much anything i want.

I'd probably build a medium-sized, energy efficient yet rustic home in the northern Idaho mountains and a medium-sized, energy-efficient yet rustic home on one of two major lakes in the same area. As well, I'd buy about 500-750 acres of mountainous land with at least 1,700 vertical feet and 6,000 feet of elevation in northwestern Montana. I would commission a Doppelmayr CTEC fixed-grip quad for uphill access. I'd cut a few narrow runs with tree buffers and islands, but would prefer to have primarily natural glade skiing. At the bottom, a 1,000 square foot, modern, energy efficient "base-camp" with slope-facing ground-to-ceiling windows would provide shelter. The private area would be open to about 50 invitees daily--mostly friends and industry people who want a look at some of Montana's finest treeskiing. If ever a situation arose, the place could be operated to the public on a Friday to Sunday basis from mid-November until mid-May, providing sustainable cashflow with a no-frills ski area experience. One groomer and two snowmobiles would be on-hand in case of emergencies, crazy, psychotic desire for a groomed run, etc. In the summer the site would host mountain-biking, hiking, outdoor concerts, barbecues and general recreation, all open to the public. The idea would be to give back to the community or allowing such an awesome proposal to come to fruition. Of course, the locals would get in on the action regardless in winter as well: the first 50 non-invitees to sign up the night previous on an online system would be allowed on-mountain for a fee of only $20, leaving no more than 100 people on-mountain at a time and providing some money to offset operations costs. A team of ten staff members (two patrollers, four lift operations members, and four off-duty staff members) would run the operation, providing a consistent level of service and pride in work (and of course, general excitement for skiing/riding). Opening day, contingent on receipt of PowerBall winnings in early October, would be scheduled for summer of 2013, with winter operations to follow on November 15, 2013 (Winter 2014). Limited snowcat operations would be available in winter 2013 on select Saturdays. The aggresive schedule would be key to maintaining and operating the property.

Invest or save a majority of the money. With the rest: buy a house in the mountains, buy ski gear and snowmobiles. Buy a house in the city. Buy a nice car like a Mercedes and a bigger car, like a suburban or van, for when I go skiing. And use some for fun things that I can't think if now (electronics ect)
