- won't leave dirty dishes in the sink for days
- decently clean (don't throw your shit all over the house)
- if you have pets, awesome. if you have a dog, you're my new best friend.
- won't try to fuck me
- likes to party, but not at our place
- good cook or likes to eat well.....none of that chef boyardee out of the can all the time.
