There was someone a bit back that was selling those that he can make himself. He was in the air force or navy or something and was moving around and making them for money. Don't remember the thread though.

i have this on my macbook pro! i've had it for like 6 months now and it still looks sick. hasn't peeled off or anything. i ordered mine off that etsy site..it said they were sold out but I put in an order anyway and I got it within like two weeks.

there are some other cool ones on that site too.. i've seen the storm troopers one on another computer and it looks amazing
