omg I love that rail, Ive 450 that! Claim.
Usually before I go for it I just say to myself after doing a few fs 2-7s "this time all i gotta do is land forward, not switch"
But to explain if that doesnt help:
The best way I find doing 450s, either front or back, is you just gotta use your head and upper body, and your feet should follow. Try not to worry about what your feet are doing; all you need to think about (in this instance talking about a frontside 450) is landing foward. so just try and spin that first 270 a little faster, but dont stop looking for your landing, keep your head going, and use your upper body, make sure that you follow through with your left arm and keep your sholders level(if you normaly slide right foot forward, it would be visa-versa if you slide the other way).
Same goes for blindside 450s. The most important thing is to keep your sholders level and to keep looking for your landing. Im sure once you get this, tryin 6s out will come easier as well.
