skiing friends birthday

So yea, a very good friend of mine is turning 23 in a week. I'm trying to think of gifts but don't think i *need* to get him skiing stuff because people give him free skiing stuff all the time. (pretty much everything from skis to goggles to jackets to ski DVDs)
I was thinking something really random and completely unforeseeable.
