i see a cop whos face was lightly imprinted in the picture on a dark spot during its long exposure. the body isnt there because its was overshadowed by the bright reflection from the car side.

To me it looks like maybe someone was killed there before, and they hung a picture of the victim up on the telephone pole (that happened in my town) and then the car crashed in the telephone pole in the same spot......
