Some of you are huge fucking idiots who are saying "I don't think theres a taco bell by such and such mountain...HE'S NOT TALKING ABOUT GOOD PLACES TO EAT WHEN YOU GO ThERE!

He is comparing a restaurant/fast food to a ski resort...

EX: Whistler is like the Great glass elevator, full of  tourists (not a good example but thats the idea)

you dont have to, its supposed to be popular ski areas that remind you of popular places to eat, like pc can be compaired to mcdonalds cuz its played out and gross but for some reason mad people still go there

Where is there a lark burger near wolf creek? Come down to pagosa and eat at kips! Cheap, good local food. They make there own hot sauce and its the shit. Kips has the best tacos i've ever eaten.

Why would I read 6 pages? The only larkburger i've eaten at was in boulder which is very far from wolf creek. I know there are other lark burgers but there aren't any in the south of colorado (to my knowledge).

Kip's is also a fucking great post taco joint for an after skiing meal

thats not what i was getting at, you're missing the point of the thread, on every page there is an explanation but i will throw it out there again.
this thread ISN'T about good places to eat near a resort. It is comparing certain mountains to food joints, ex)park city and mcdonalds, its shitty but lots of people go there.

Most resorts that i live near( east coast): Waffle House. There's alot of dirt in them, loud people from the city comprise of 90% of inhabitants, and you only go there because its the only place open

Just to add a few from a Utards perspective.

Pow Mow: Good Burger. Sick place, good munchin, but funny service. Not poor, just kinda... funny.
Deer Valley: Really really good dark chocolate. No matter how good people say it is, still sucks a dick.
Canyons: A stack of pita bread. Tall when you first look at it, but as you mow, you realize all the flats.
PC(My home mountain): Chuck-E-Cheese. Big corporation. Good as shit munch. Parks = Playgrounds and ballpits n shit. But everyone (Martini included) must have there own reasons against it. (Rattlesnakes found in the ballpit that one time. Killed like 3 kids)

Alpine Meadows = a good hole in the wall mexican joint, it doesn't look all that impressive compared to fancy restaurants, but the food is pretty good all around, and if you know exactly what to order it is straight up phenominal.
