Anyone else get their world news from NSG?

I just now realized that I hear about all major news stories here on Non-Ski Gabber before I hear them anywhere else. I prime example of this was the BP oil spill. Is this the case for anyone else? Oh and I suppose this is a thank you to all of the members who allow me to make it look like i don't live under a rock.

it isnt good to get news from one source, and ns discuss major topics and gathers information from multiple sources. You might not learn about a large quantity of world events, but what you hear is good for the most part

i get mine from msn home page, simply because it's my homepage. But for the most part i hear about it NSG, then go to MSN to double check or something along those lines.

I get my news from Aljazeera, that's my homepage. I remember when I was in France Aljazeera was on tv, and it was Condoliza (spelling?) Rice talking in English, but there was a middle eastern accent over her translating, but then there was french subtitles. Man, I was going crazy trying to understand haha
