The Hi there, how are things? never gets old as long as it is Jwenz himself, as for the inb4 Jwenz, that does. Usually, if I find a picture worth of Jwenz, instead of saying inb4, I just pm Jwenz a link of the picture, and usually within minutes if he is online, it's done.
