Bored, now rich?

So me and my friends were walking around downtown, real bored tonight.  We saw a guy pushing a box  into a hole in the middle of a park.  He threw a few leaves on it, so it couldnt be seen, but wasnt hidden real well.  We watched a while, he left soon after covering it, and then we checked it out.  We pulled it up and it was a wooden chest, locked TIGHT.  We brought it home and tried a hammer, bolt cutters, everything we can think of.  Nothing will budge it.  It looks like a treasure chest and is locked tight so were hoping its something good.  Any suggestions on how to get it open?

If you have a bunch of m80s or very small fireworks put them in a small strong cup like a steel cup. Place the steel cup against it with the fireworks in them light it and hold the cup against it or tape it TIGHTLY. The blast should bust a hole big enough that you can rip it apart with a crow bar or just see what is inside. I have done this when I was bored but only to a cement wall.

Dont hurt yourself though
