how do you do the color corrections with the gopro to not give it the washed out affect. similiar to the usc go pro shots.

Drop the mids and whites until there is minimal to no clipping. You can do this using 3-way-CC or luminance curves (I suggest the latter).

AE for titles but im not the best at that and tend to stick to fonts in final cut and recently i started using magic bullet looks. I guess you could count using quicktime pro for compressing.
