So this may turn into an epic thread of discovering new music you love, or it could turn into a terrible thread and everyone will hate me. prolly the latter, but it worth a shot because i don't really care.
So the jump chorus is the part of a song (normally towards the end) where the band pretty much gets to basically let all their energy out and jam, but still keep everything in key with the song.
Some good examples are by Band of horses.
