Replying to Im kinda stuck right now...

allright so lastnight my buddie brought over the a little bit of budd so were chillin in this chicks basement he lets me see the sack and doesnt ask me for it back so i decide to grab another friend and go pack a bowl or two insted of bringing like all 12 people that were in the basement so we go and smoke in this bush and while climbing out of the bush the rest of the sack falls out of my pocket so i go back and look for it but cant find it. so i tell the kid ill pay him out for it but he starts tweekinnn like hees trying to make me pay 35 for somthing that was worth 20 at besttttt....so today at somepoint im gonna get a call from this kid...what should i do?
