First off. I'm an ight skier. Confident to hit most things. ? Im looking at a do or die life.

Ok so I've been a freeski lurker for about 2 years, I wanna take this sport up full time. I want to go pro. I'm looking to move somewhere where I can start practicing enough to do this. Tips? Places to go? Roomates?
Anyone whos chill, smokes a fuck ton of weed, wants to be a fulltime pro sponsered freeskier in the next five years, down to get drunk as shit everyday and have a good fucking life. This is a meet up thread. I plan to spend the rest of my life being as good a skier as possible. Anyone who wants to get fucked up, pro as fuck and generally enjoy life somewhere starting in British Columbia (I'll be moving there soon) then to wherever we feel the pow calls us. I'm serious about going pro and will do whatever is necessary to get there including become a paraplegic.

I'm down.  I live in B.C and smoke so much fucking weed I'm so fucking cool.  I also get just SHITFACED every morning before I head up the hill to perfect my skills.  I'm pretty sure if we put our superpowers together we would be pro in no time

You are mistaken sir. I know several indviduals who are successfull and have smoked weed. Where the op is wrong is about getting shitfaced everyday. In order to ski everyday, you need money. In order to have enough money to ski you need to work a fair bit. Getting "shhitfaced" from time to time isn't impossible but doing so on the daily is.

BTW Maxudd, Carl Sagan was an avid weed smoker, just 'cus you or your friends don't smoke weed doesn't make you the smartest, most successful people in the world, prick

You need to grow the fuck up before you can even start considering a career in the sport.

Becoming a pro skier isn't a fucking cakewalk. If you think you smoke weed and get drunk every night, and become pro, then you'll be washing dishes for the rest of your life, and you'll get to 80 yers old, and still be waiting for your break.

Yeah, sure Tanner might have sparked up, but he turned pro when skiing was at a much lower level. Kids like Bobby, Andreas, etc are out training every day like an athlete in any other sport would.

You need to stop seeing pro status as something that will just be handed to you if you ski bum enough, and fucking start training.

Agree! People got against me when i said weed is stupid. Why do people get inspired to smoke weed becouse "some idiots have done it". Well i dont say tanner hall is a idiot but he WAS for smoking weed

Do a superman straight air off a giant ass jump. There is a 100% chance you will go pro from this. Also don't pussy out and try it on a small jump first, you got to go big the first try.

Wanting to go pro and being able to do it are two completely different things. Considering you're stressing the importance of smoking when not skiing and the importance of drinking when not skiing, I have deduced that you are completely incapable of achieving anything with skiing. I know 15 year olds who work harder than you.

get your shit together and get a better plan

everything takes money and all your plan accounts for is spending large quantities of it.

work a lot and save up cash, take a few avy classes and ski lessons if you need em, then just ride with people who are better than you. they'll push you every day and you'll keep meeting more people and progressing.

thats because your reasoning is retarded, plenty of people smoke weed all day every day and lead completely responsible, active lifestyles so i don't see a reason why it would disbar you from becoming a pro athlete, ok sure if youre going to be entering comps where theres testing then it would make sense to at least take a hiatus from smoking. where as getting drunk everyday would probably affect your abilities
