90% of you are douchebag faggots.  You all look like fucking idiots, trying to be "gangster" and "hyphy".  In reality you are a spoiled 15 year old rich piece of shit who can't make your own decisions.  My bro just got back from High Cascade a couple days ago and told me all the boarders hate the Windells skiers, and that's JUST what we want for our sport.  Clean up your act, make your own decisions on what you want to wear, not just what pros are wearing.  Take a look at yourself in the mirror for once and don't but 3xl Jiberish when you're 5'5.  No hate on baggy clothes but when you're wearing full on bandanas and shit in the summer you must be retarted.  You don't look gangster at all, you look like idiots.  You're creating hate against skiing that is completely unnecessary, and pushing our sport in the complete wrong direction.  So fuck off

Amongst all the hate and abuse in this thread I think the OP has a good point. You see some of those kids wearing hoodies that go down to their boots. Why? There's just no need for it. Bandanas are great, especially considering the ignorance of skin cancer amongst young people, but its the super tall hoodies that I just don't get. If you're 6 ft tall and wear one that goes half way down your thigh (see Wallisch for a good example) then I think it looks good. But if you wear the same thing and you're only 3ft tall you're going to look like a douche. It seems to me like they're more caught up in the image of freeskiing rather than going out and enjoying themselves. This isn't a Windells problem...its a broader problem of kids seeing things as status symbols rather than expressions of personality or association. I wear a tall tee under my jacket because I genuinely like the look of it. Would I ever wear one that went beyond my knees? No...that looks stupid. These kids should wake up and realise that before they make a lot of people lose respect for this sport. By which I mean if their parents see them come home wearing that then they're going to think of freeskiing as some sideshow that has more to do with bright colours and oversized clothes rather than skiing ability. I don't want that and I don't think many other people do either.

Holy shit who the fuck cares about what you wear. I saw a crap load of people were wearing skinny jeans when I was at session 2 windells. Really you can say that guy is a gaper, but really that guy doesn't give a shit. I saw a ton of snowboarders at windells with pants down to there knees. SKiing and snowboarding is about having fun and people like you make other people not have fun. Really this was the gayest thread ever.

I enjoy my XL Saga and 3XL Jiberish very much seeing as Im 6'2. Theres kids that are 5'5 and wear it. who gives a fuck. they have mad style. There was also a kid in skinnys the whole week throwing left and right cork threes along with doing rodeos on his blades.he has just as much style as some kid in baggy clothes.outerwear clearly doesnt matter. and if snowboarding hates windells so much, why was mason agurrie telling me I have good style? Maybe you should go to Hood and see why people are wearing face masks and banadas. Theres this thing called the sun that burns your face at higher altitudes. And wind that is abrasive on your face. Hence the reason people wear them. But you wouldnt know this because you probably sit inside on your ass all day. Its funny you say Windells is for spoiled kids who cant make decisions. Obviously we can. Seeing as I decided to go to a camp that is in the US, with snowboarders, and has more to do than any other camp. There we boarders at Windells that have been to High Cascade and said nothing compares. Windells was all around better. And I didn't see any hate from skiers or boarders at Windells. Only coming from High Cascade because they toss salad.

i will not hate someone because they snowboard
but there is a certain attitude that many snowboarders have for skiers. When we first emerged they hated on us all of the time, telling skiers to stay out of the park. And now that we throw down just as hard (if not harder) as they do, they still do. I have many friends that snowboard, in fact one of my best friends is a boarder, but the assholes at High Cascade possess the exact attitude that I despise.

Why does every body hate... why cant we just learn to except people for how we r...  skiing has adapted to baggy  clothes because they see pro like ahmet and snoboarders wear skinny jeans because they see  shuan white wearing em, correct me if im wrong.... Skiing and snowboarding have there differences. And also kids arent rich because they go to a skiing camp that cost a shit ton , they go because they love the sport and want to get better.......

no hate on skiers but i think the main reason for hate on windells skiers is because half of them are chubby little pro whores who really have no talent at skiing. the only kids I ever see rocking their windells shit and 3x jiberish are annoying 12 year olds
