NS! Who here knows next years park skis?

so the seasons slowly creepin up and its beginning that time to start looking for what skis im gonna ride for next year! im usually pretty good with this kinda stuff but i havent been on NS as much lately and havent been following up with all the new ski gossip.
My question here is does anyone have some good knowledge or recommendations for some new park skis? i'm a very aggressive rider who rides alot of rails but also a good amount of jumping too. my past two skis have been reno jibs and invaders and i have completely broken both of the after 2 seasons of riding each. i've been thinking of alpha 1's since armada's are fairly durable but i'll be moving out soon so price is an issue too.
i'm open to any suggestions if you've heard some good things and could maybe share some knowledge with me,

I personally am a very good friend of next year's park skis.

But ya armada and ninthward both have amasing sidewalls. Sometime I think people overlook that and only care about edges.

Next years K2 line-up seems really solid, jib rocker (zero camber underfoot, early rise tip and tail) looks pretty fun on rails cause they'll be less catching. I'm personally riding the Domain next season. Also, LTEs will never let you down, they haven't changed at all from last season (even the graphic is the same) so if you can find some from last season they're the same. Next years Armada line-up is the only other line-up that really intrigues me, both the AR7 (replacing the AR6) and THall have the cap and sidewall construction, the Alpha and Halo (new name for the Alpha 2 so it's less confusing) are the same sick skis (as you know from riding them). Personally, for next season I'm liking Domains, LTEs, and THalls.

Lte's are really dope for jumping as they are pretty stiff underfoot and will help you not wash out if you mess up and they are really fun on rails. One of my favorite skis I have ever skied. I would recommend them to you for sure. They aren't the most butterable but they are still playfull.

thanks so far! any more suggestions out there? im really worried about buying a non symmetrical park ski after riding symmetrical for the past four years, has anyone ridden both frequently and noticed a difference in switch riding?

i've read your review on blue steeles and they do sound like a good ski! but quality wise, i cant trust a small company. no matter how many people say the skis are strong and super solid, new companies have issues no matter what happens and i'd rather get something that is guaranteed to last at this point in my life. this is based on me breaking skis, and it sucks when your poor.

its not always, the size of the company, i mean look at salomons quality issues with the suspects and edge armor...

and the warranty from on3p is really legit too, the only case i heard of an on3p ski breaking was a crahs which reulted in a tail rocker. that would have happened to any ski (probably) and was not a manufacturing problem, still on3p replaced the ski.

i dont know man, i got armada ar6s last year and the durability couldnt have been any poorer.

in 25 days, they were trashed. and supposedly armada is known for their great durability..which is why i bought them.

after that, i bought some suspects. they have held up GREAT. and they're known for their shitty durability. but they did great for me for 25 days (rode them to the end of the season).

..so im not sure who out there is good to trust. from what im hearing. on3ps are VERY well made, and have the biggest edges on the market. so im taking my chances with them, and getting some on3p blue steeles.

I cant speak for other companies, but we had under a 2.5% warranty rate for our first year of production. Our policy is on par with any of the major ski manufacturers, anything thats not rock, rail or parking lot induced damage is covered. If we had any issue in this past year, it was our production delays, but now that we've been in business a year and have had an extra summer to rearrange things, I think our season should go much smoother.

If you want a real legit warranty policy, and I mean real legit to the point that I feel morally bad about using it in such a way, Backcountry.com:

Isnt that a little over the top on their part? I would feel bad if I destroyed a ski that I really liked all season then got a new pair for free.

I completely believe you have had minimal warranty issues and you have the same warranty as almost any other company out there, but alot of ski issues come after the warranty is up. One year or a one season warranty doesnt really suffice with an unpredictable company or really any company. Sure a ski will hold up fine and you'll be happy after a season of use, but after two seasons, the quality really starts to show through and you see how a ski holds up. If you snap a pair of skis just into the start of a second season, you cant warranty but you still have a deffective product that should withstand a MINIMAL of 2 seasons of heavy riding.

I've known about the backcountry warranty and i think i might use them because of it regardless of the ski i buy because of it. Any more suggestions out there? if i wasnt so skeptical of non symmetrical i'd be all over the revivals, lte's sounds sweet but still worried about symmetrical, anyone got any experience with still?

anyone now anything about surfaces's park ski for 2011, i think their the no times? I know durability was a major issue with last years, but i heard that they were dope and skied really well.

there's the video from SIA. The k2 stuff looks so nice next year. I might have to pick up domains after this season so they're less expensive.
