HELP ME NEWSCHOOLERS. ANYONE READ?

Guyyys, i got a new job crushing rocks and its really boring and reptitive. The shifts are 10 hours from 6am til 4pm and we can listen to music if we like.

On my shifts i've been listening to books on tape/audiobooks. Right now all i have on my phone right now is the Harry Potter Series, and i read them already and saw the movie so its not very entertaining. If anyone has any page turners or entertaining books they could recommend to make the time fly i'd be very grateful.

SPARK NOTES - Boring job where i listen to audiobooks all day. please recommend me some popular very entertaining books/audiobooks!

hmmm leme think of my all time favourites i read some of them a long time ago so they might be kind of childish

- the hunger games forget the author
- eragon, eldes and brisingr by christopher paolini
- city of ash, city of bone and city of blood (forget the series name and those might not be in order) i dont know the author
- huckleberry finn by mark twain
- airman by eion colfer

Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. you have to read this. one of the best books i have read in years. i loved it, my cousin loved it, my dad loved it, my little brother loved it.

The Things They Carried It is a great book. About the Vietnam war. I would suggest this book to anyone.

love the whole series. orson scott card is a great writer, and the books are such an exciting read. i've finished the earth part of the series and am on children of the mind right now. can't believe i didn't post it earlier.

I agree with the Hitchhikers Guide. It will entertain you for hours and by the time you get to the last book you will have no idea whats happening or what to think.
Also Hunger Games is good
Also if you are interested in Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter ect I would look at the Garth Nix series which starts with Sabriel (I think) I read them a long time ago but I remember them as good books... and time consuming.

Ender's Game

His Dark Material's Series, first book is the Golden Compass. (this series is still my all time favorite.)

Definetely Hunger Games

If you like the Hunger Games, or if the plot sounds cool, check out The Maze Runner. It is similar in the fact that the characters are shoved into a testing facility and stuff. Youll get it, but its really good.

Also the Eragon Series.

Oh and the Pendragon series, they are really long but theyr good and theyrs like 10 of them so it can keep you busy for a while.
