2011 Line Blend or 2011 K2 Kung Fujas?

Same price, both soft, around 100 waist and rockered. Trying to decide. Any suggestions? Which has more rocker?

im pretty sure the Kung Fujas has more rocker and is a fun ski id also throw the Rossingnol S3 into the mix. 98 underfoot with a little bit of tip rocker fun ski for sure

I looked at both yesterday. Fujas is way softer and much more rocker. Dude in the shop skied both last spring and said the Fujas doesn't ski as soft as you'd think it does.

fujas is a sick ski. holds a great edge in hardpack but can butter so easily. Lots of kids are shredding them at windells

I was going to say the exact same thing. The Fujas is quite a bit softer but the shop guy told me they dont feel that soft. Also alot more rocker. If it were me I'd go with the Fujas but that is simply personal preference

I thought the fujases ware way to soft for anything serious like the tails ware soft as hell, but the blends felt like they had the perfect flex to do almost anything.

im betting the blends will kill it so hard on big jumps, they did soften them up a little too so they should be nice for buttery stuff in the park.

though the kung fujas being more rockered makes it more appealing. plus the soft flex on that ski must be so awesome for messing around in the park and all mountain.

I have the 2010 fujas and the new one is essentialy the same with more rocker. and its a blast to ski, great in all conditions

nice, i was deciding between the blends, the fujas and the revival's, and seeing that the fujas has quite a bit of rocker makes me want them more than the others now.

new fujas didn't blow me away. too much rocker and too wide for what i want it to be, an all mountain jib ski. last years was perfect. the blend is a bit stiffer, and skis that way, but the small amount of added early rise makes it even more versatile. i just wish they had made it longer to compensate of the shorter run surface..

imo blend all the way

The Line Blend is a ridiculously good ski, perfect stiffness, good weight, and it is amazing no matter where you ski.

the fujas looks promising.
but i am kinda confused by k2's  different rocker variations. Schmies' pic says it got "allterrain" rocker.

My question would be if it has the same amount of rocker in the tail and in the nose?

all terrain rocker means normal camber underfoot, and rocker in the tip and tail, jib rocker is flat underfoot with rocker in the tip and tail (but less rocker than all terrain rocker i think)

i like the idea of jib rocker, having it flat underfoot on a park ski.. im not sure what the advantage/disadvantage would be of having the all terrain rocker on the fujas as a park ski vs. having the jib rocker on a park ski.

I'm thinking the same question, I demoed the Fujas and they were awesome. The ski has a tonne of flex but when your skiing groomers and hammering hard they hold their edge really well, and they butter like nobodies business.

Also correct me if I'm wrong isn't K2 and Line the same company? and so the simliarities will be pretty big anyway?

Yes and know, while they do have the same parent company, they both have very different brand mentalities and products. Production of the skis will be similar, but the design will be different.

I skied both at a demo last season, and the Fujas was a much more fun ski t ride, solid, yet still playful, and kept and edge amazingly. Both help their own, so you really can't go wrong either way, but I felt that that Fujas was more fun (and this is coming from someone who prefers stiffer skis).

Churs bro, the fujas were a whole bunch of fun - cant wait to take them to a decent park and try them out there.

I found out today that they handle frozen pow pretty well too, which is always an accidental plus.
