Where to buy laptop online Canada?

hey guys, So my 3 yr old acer is starting to show signs of its age, with excessive heat, redundant battery and lots of flex.
it is 4gb ddr2, 1.6 core duo, 160gb 5400rpm drive .

I am in search laptop but am struggling to find good deals online (canada). Any ideas?

I want 4gb ddr3 intel core i3/i5, dedicated gpu (do some hd avchd editing), and a decent battery for less than $800. Is this possible? also I would like something with switchable graphics in order to get 4+ hours battery?

not exactly what you are looking for but a SICK deal none the less. Ive been looking for a good laptop for a year now and this is hands down the best deal Ive found. Get it while its hot! Its the one I'm getting for uni and Ive never been more stoked.

Getting that for under $800 is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe if you get REALLY lucky you'll find one online, but thats very very unlikely.

You'll probably have to increase your budget, or go for a desktop and use your acer for stuff that you really need to be portable for. Plus if you're going to do HD editing you're going to want a pretty damn big hard drive, which will cost you a bit more also.

wrong, you can get double that for a grand, so if you went way less components wise like hes looking for Im almost positive he can. Go to Canada Computers and look at their weekly specials.
