Best length ski 4 my height

As the title says, which ski length would be the best for my height. I'm currently 5|9 1/2 (thats five feet, nine and a half inches) and weigh 140 pounds. I'm 14 right now so I figure I've still got some growing power left in me.
My guess: I'll be 5|11 and weigh 150 pounds by the summer.
With these estimates, what ski length would be right for me? ---BTW, dont direct me towards a certain ski. Just say which length of a ski would be good for me.
Thanks

bare minimum 170. if you're a decent skier then you'll want 180s, especially if you plan on growing any more. if you aren't too good of a skier yet then 170s would probably be a little better. but you're only 14 so you're probably gonna grow a bit more, and you're parents are probably paying for your skis, so they'll be happier buying a bigger ski that you can grow with as opposed to one that might soon be too small for you (unless they're loaded). i'm a pretty aggressive skier and i'm 6'1'' 190 lbs and i ski 180s.
but anyway, let us know your ability, where you're from, and what type of skiing you do and we can probably suggest a good ski thickness as well, since that is just as important as length

170s, even if you are a really good skier.

i ski in ontario, but only in the parks there. other than that, i make the occasional trip out west (Big White, Silverstar, Whistler) for some decent skier. i would classify myself as an agressive skier that likes to try a lot of new things.
i'm currently looking at a pair of the LINE twelve-sixties, which are 176 in length. from your responses, this sounds like a pretty good size for me.
BTW...don't read my profile, it doesn't really tell you anything. i know it says that its my first year but...i've been skiing for 10 years and have been skiing the park for 2 years. so...i'm much more agressive than my profile would make me out to be.
thanks guys, i really appreciate it

I still agree with strode's first post. why you guys trying to put him on sissy skis? if he is only in 8th grade he is gonna be at least 6' and 160 lbs in a couple of years. Snag some 180s man, you will be better off. In his profile I am pretty sure he means his first year freeriding, not first year skiing. Good luck man

yea, this has been my first year riding the parks on a consistent basis. I never used to have the guts but for some reason, this year, I've broken all those barriers and we'll everything. Maybe I'm brave or maybe I;m stupid, time will only tell.
i think i'll grab the LINE Twelve-Sixty's tho (length of 176). I can get a really good deal on them cause its end of year and all. If you guys don't think that that's a good idea, i'd appreciate more advice. just remember, i'm on a fairly tight budget.
thanks for all your help!

that sounds pretty good man. you will probably need a new ski in two years, so I guess that is perfect
