^these guys know what they are talking about. if you want a binding that will give you a bloody nose for doing a 180 off a roller or that will pop out if you go off a jump, get the Z series. but honestly if you can spend the money get the griffon, but if not get the px12s; i am getting those and i have heard great things about them because of all their elastic travel (ability to move and not have bad, knee-hurting falls). the only bad thing i have heard about the px12's is their weight. but go to the gym and run on a treadmil for an hour every other day or something and the extra pound of the bindings wont matter!!!
