Who has it easier, Men or Women

I think girls do. They can get the things they want a lot easier than guys can, all they have to do is flirt. Plus they dont have to die in wars, they dont have to do hazardous jobs.

Guys have it so worse than girls. For every dollar a guy makes a girl makes 70 cents. That only leaves the guy with 30 cents. How is that fair?

All guys seem to think that the bleeding is the worst part of the period because they find it gross. It really isn't that bad, just kind of annoying. It's the cramps and nausea that comes with it that gets to me. I'll end up puking because of the pain sometimes and will barely be able to eat for the first few days. I have to take more painkillers for this every month than I did for my broken arm or getting my wisdom teeth out.

And the peeing standing up thing only bothers me when I'm camping. Especially when it's night time, freezing cold outside and raining/snowing.

In general though I am happy enough being a girl. I feel like it's almost more open being a girl, we don't have to fit the stereotypes the way guys do. Girls are allowed to like action movies, guys shouldn't like sappy romances. Girls can get away with wearing guys clothes, a guy cant get away with wearing a dress. I feel like there is more pressure for guys to be masculine than there is for girls to be feminine.

seeing as I would most likely have had been an ugly girl, I'm really happy I'm a guy. looks don't matter as much for guys and it's nice to be able to not care about a lot of the things girls have to care ablut

Women Cons - Have to worry about looking great all the time, hair, grooming etc. periods, pregnancy, not being a whore for hooking up, creepy dudes hitting on you all day.

Pros - Get everything for fucking cheap, can get guys no problem any day of the week, pretty much cheaper lifestyle because men TYPICALLY pay for relationship matters (mortgage, etc)

Guys Pros - We have a Penis and get paid more.

Cons - Everything else.

people don't think you're stupid, they think you're funny
higher salary
someone cooks, cleans, does laundry for you
you can hold more alcohol
you're allowed to fart and burp, it's expected
carrying on your last name
more professional sports teams and viewers
other guys don't really care how you look
30 second phone calls
usually, you can eat anything without gaining much weight
your breasts don't weight you down or bounce around
no cramps
no period
no 9 months until you pass the football (aka having kids)
there's no potential, that when you do have a child, you will rip from one end to the other
you don't bleed for the month after you have said children
you don't have to "suck it up" when you're sick
generally unlikely to be raped, or sexually assaulted(as adults)
you can go topless
you can get away with not washing or changing your underwear
it takes you 15 minutes max to get ready


anyways, the grass is always greener on the other side.
that being said, i know a lot of women who say they wish they were men.

i know men have it easier in the big picture, but litterally every girl i know has a good job and hasn't had a hard time getting it. one is a server at a casino and makes awesome tips. one works at a home for mentally handicapped kids, yet all she does is take them on trips and doesn't have to deal with any of the bad crap (and makes 17 bucks an hour). one is a poli sci major and some how got a job downtown toronto with a huge marketing firm.

seriously, i was walking through a park with this girl and some guy who we both sort of knew came up to us and offered her a job. just out of the blue. definetly jelous of that.

i would say that guys have it easier overall, based on reasons that ppl have posted so far. it is way easier for girls to use good looks to get ahead on a daily basis...also in terms of a career (given that you are not a complete airhead and can actually prove yourself once you get a job)

i guess i'd rather be a girl, because as much as i like "guy stuff" it's nice to be able to do girl stuff too.. it sucks that girls are able to like both masc/fem stuff but as soon as a guy has any interest in anything "feminine" he's just considered gay. i would rather put up with periods/childbirth/sexual harassment/ etc so at least i'm able to show my personality with whatever i'm into.

on this topic of girls pissing outdoors or standing up, i know for a fact that girls can just pop a squat and pee wherever they want. thats right, im calling you guys out on that one.

other than that, yeah, guys probably have it easier/better. its pretty nice being physically capable of doing cool things.
