Instead of buying an island as someone else suggested, I'm thinking we buy a condo in Chicago, but not just any condo, a condo in: THE PLAYBOY MANSION.
It is only 2.9 million!

Buying an island is cool, but living in the original Playboy Mansion is much, much more ballin.
So who's down? I say every NSer donates 1 dollar, we collect about a thousand dollars, and put it all on a number at roulette at a casino. Then with our 1 in 38 chance, we could make that 1,000 about 35,000! Then if put the 35,000 on a number, we could make 1.225 millionish, which would be our down payment on the mansion. I would use my negotiating skills and make the mansion costs us 2 mil even, so we would need .775 mil more, or 775,000. For that money, I'm thinking either a bake sale, or just getting a mortgage over 30 years.
It is a pretty solid move on the part of NS, so who is down?
