CAN MEN WEAR WOMANS SKIS?

hey,

Im in need for a new pair of skis for the new season and dont have money but my friend said shed sell me some new k2 missdemeeanors for cheap, i know there girl skis but the disign isnt girly whatsoever and i need a pair. is there any major differences in mens skis and womans skis?? also im 6'1'' and the skis are 169cm, i know there a little short but would they still work for my hight? or are they just too small for me to ride them centered?

They are way to small and probably to soft for you to ride them.
