On theory yes. However it is physically impossible to move at the speed of light so you're SOL on the test. We can infer that from the fact that we age slower as we get closer to the speed of light.

Well if thats what your question then the answer every speed you experience time dilation. Obviously if your walking the effects are unnoticible but it does still happen.

Someone more qualified should answer though. my physics knowledge is noob
