Adding notes to peoples' profiles

It would be really useful if you could add a note to someone's profile, i.e. as to why you gave them lower/ higher K, if they're a known troll/ legit person to trade with, etc.
I often find myself going to give people +k, only to find I have them at 0/10, so it's difficult to keep track of whether people are overall legit members or not.
Something like a mouseover Word comment box, etc?

yeah
But notes that are only visible to you, i.e. not public feedback.
Not just B/S/T feedback either, somewhere you can make a note if people make particularly stupid/racist/troll posts, etc

I think this would be a good feature, I often have the same problem, go to give someone karma and find there at 0/10. I usually bump them up 3 point or so from 0 and if they continue to be good members (helpful / funny) I bump it up another 3 or so points until they reach 10. This way they don't go from 0 to 10, they have to work their way back up.
Also it would be a good feature to have a note section in your profile that is private. I would use it to keep track of edit urls that are good and movies that I'm looking at buying next year. I would also use it to keep track of songs and other random stuff I see on NS that I don't won't to forget.

Yes. It's also really disconcerting when you go to trade with someone, and find you had them at 0/10. There's no way of telling if it was because they made a random stupid post, or because they didn't send some kid his stuff.
