Ok after seeing these 12,000-19,000 dollar skis (http://www.carradanskis.com/) , I want to know how much people paid for their skis/ other gear if you want to say that too.

Im guessing 400-600 is going to be the average.

Do you mean skis and bindings? Skis: 500.  Bindings: 170.  Boots: haven't got them yet but probably 300.

What the fuck would make a ski worth 19k? Thats fucking stupid. Their jackets run from 8,000 to 12,000. People make me sick.

bahahaha idk about you but I know that if I could ski one day with tom wallisch that would make sure I would get the most out of my skis. If someone is willing to pay 19k for skis they are obviosly either incredibly dumb and most likely a good skiier as it is. they have security tags in them. But if your rich enough to buy them then obviosly replacing a pair of $800 skis wouldnt be a big deal

Mine is gonna be 700-800 most likely. Armada Ar7 is rumored to be $500 and then the New Marker bindings are an unknown price but im guessing 200-300

It really depends on whether I want to shop around or not. If you look around online, or wait for sales, I know people who have bougth good quality skis and bindings in the region of 300 dollars. Me, I just like to pick up a good quality pair of ski's from my local ski shop, which I know are legit, and head out skiing!

I wait for sales at the end of seasons to get great deals. My hellbents were $400, my seths $350, bindings typically range from $125-200 on sale. Clothing however, if your going for something like Saga or LDC your gunna have to pay the retail pre-order price.

haha. i get that alot. i ski at big boulder park. rated i think 4th in best parks in the east coast by transworld snowboarding. the only reason its $50 is cuz my mom works there. normally its like $400
