So my brother is working on this freelance photography thing. He mainly focuses on taking pictures of trains, graffiti, urban areas, and abandonment. If you are interested in that kind of stuff I have a link to his website.

he actually bought the D60 himself.. and ive been trying to get him to get more sports flicks.

I would have him trim down the portfolio a ton. Most of his images look like snapshots, and something that anyone could take.

I'm not trying to slam him or anything. But in all honesty, there are really only 3 or 4 images in there that I would consider artistically interesting.

Tell him to keep at it, but as of now, he should hold off on the online portfolio. It's going to get his name out there, but not showcase anything amazing, and will probably soil his name for future work.

That one caught my eye, the picture probably won't work though. It is in the graffiti section 2nd column 2nd from the left.

Also, tell him to change that signature/brush "I"m not Famous" he has on all his pictures. The graffiti look for a signature is no bueno, really brings down the level of professionalism. Also, I don't know how much I like "I'm not famous" to begin with. Sure that's great for a laugh or two, or for a couple weeks, but think what you would tell your client... hey yah, my photography is called "I'm not famous." And they're like, uhhhh ok, he must be some kid with a camera who's maybe decent.

too many uninteresting photos. the sig is kinda lame and amature to me. even if there was nice photos hidden in the bundle of photos in there..i only looked at a few cuz i was bored. hes gotta lay off all the photos

From what i understand he wants to do INF Images as his more professional photography and better shots, i juts dont think hes had the time to get it up and running with his best. ill let him tho some points

suggestions: work on the editing, some photos like the building in the Colorado file was obvious he used legacy in the contrast editor in PS.

I 2nd the fact to trim down most of those pictures, better to have less and more quality rather then more and less quality

He just needs to expand his style of shooting, I suggest some long exposure shots.

I do like the website in general, good layout and definitely works.

He has a good start going for sure.
