i work at a golf course, in the pro shop. i have for about two months, and it's been a great job so far except for some of the people i have to work with. a couple of them are cool, but there are also a few (one in particular) who is a piece of work. she's just condescending all the time, to everyone.. customers, members, other staff, etc. totally insincere to the customers. when she's on the phone she just sounds like a total bitch and then slams the phone down and goes "wow...what a fucking idiot" while there's other customers around.

whenever our boss is around though, she just turns on the charm and makes like everything is cool.
so i've been trying to just deal with it and ignore it..i go outside every once in awhile when she's been pissing me off and help out with the outside ppl cleaning carts, running clubs, greeting ppl off the 18th, etc. we have been told to do this, especially when there's like 3 or 4 of us scheduled and there's too many people in the shop, because there's always something you can be doing outside.
i guess she's told my boss that i am "never in the shop and just stand around outside and disappear all the time"
so today my boss calls me into his office and gives me this sheet to sign saying we had a talk about this...i'm pretty fucking pissed considering me and two of the other ppl there work the hardest of all of us (there's six) and this one girl does fuck all except when our boss comes into the shop.
so my question is:
a) what should i do about this? i don't want to be a rat/unprofessional but i feel like it's a totally unfair and misunderstood situation, and
b) has anyone else been in this situation at work?
