Quiver: Blend or SFB?

Looking for a daily use ski for All mountain/Resort Powder and with the ability to do a bit of park.

Both skis would be in the larger sizes. I currently own anthems.

I ski 6-7 days a week in the BC Interior, 5 days a week+ Night Skiing at small mountain where I teach, then on my days off at bigger resorts, mostly Sun Peaks, Silver Star/Big White, Revelstoke etc. I like to ski a bit of everything, bumps, lots of trees, bit of charging about and small to medium drops. Also lots of playing around on anything I can find as I go along.

I want the ski to give me better pow performance when it does snow at my work, allthough the anthems pretty much get me by, and to have something that isnt as noodley so I can charge a little.

Mostly though it will be for when I go away on the days off to the resorts when I get to do "real" skiing. If im gonna do a park day I'll take the anthems but I want something more capable all mountain to go round hit small-medium drops, charge around a bit, cruise groomers and play around a little. It also has to be capable of doing a couple of laps through the park so I don't have to switch skis and use up ski time.

Blends: New softer profile/rocker will give me a bit more pow performance and more fun playing around the mountain, however I worry (after seeing garrett on them in TC) that there gonna lose free ride performance when I wanna charge around a bit.

Bacons: Probably more soft snow performance fun but gonna lose groomer abilities? I don't know if there any good but I don't want something if im cruising about to not be able to lay down some nice carves. I'd love to have the playability they have but really dont want to lose that charging ability either all though Im lightweight so I dont need some super stiff charging ski either. Also performance in bumps might suck a lot more.

I also tried the VCT's this year in a 182 and I loved the charging ability they had to just bust through stuff, but want something a bit more playful I guess as although there not stiff I feel im gonna be to light to have a little butter on them etc.

Im open to other stuff but I'd like to stick with Line, and I can probably work out a deal on them but also Armarda/k2/head and can get shop deals on nordica elan and salomon. Was also contemplating Nordica Zeros.

blends are great, they're surprisingly quick edge to edge, float well...only skied mine a few times this season, ripped em on a 18in day pretty good float even without rocker, super strong too. got mine cheep because of how many mounts they had on them.  I threw sth12's on, reused some holes so im pushing 4mount and they are still holding up, only hit a few jumps maybe 35 feet, and they're still super solid

Or the obsethed or Kung fujas by K2.

All the above are superior all mtn skis and I think they'll suit your needs better than lizzies or blends. I would recommend prophet 115s, but they're definitely not gonna go too well in the park.

(I ride anthems and chronics so it's not that I don't like Line).

if hes even thinking about the sfb,'s that's a "pretty" far reach from the fujas, yes they have a litter rocker but if i was skiing interior bc a few days a week i wouldn't necessarlly chose the kung's, the obetheds are sick skis sorta a middle ground between the blends and sfb, leaning more towards the blends, I've talked to a bunch of people who love them a few even for touring,

^also he wasn't looking at the lizzies, personally if i was in your shoes i would get last year's SFB's you could get them for like 390 on porters right now, also they don't have rocker yet (unlike this years) which i would prefer if teaching a little better edge to edge control because of the unrockered camber

both of those skis are great for all mountain. each ski does really well in the park. and each ski does really well in the pow. it basically comes down to whether you want a stiffer ski or a softer ski. i have owned both and quite enjoyed both. i'm bigger so i have more fun with the blends. i like the stability of a stiffer, stronger ski. i have used my blends in every condition from midwest park skiing to 60" of snow in southwest colorado (after breaking my EPs), and they performed great in each scenario. you'll be stoked with whichever you choose. blends will probably be a bit cheaper so i guess take that into consideration.

Did you read my post at all, why would I ski Vickiks or Prophet 115s if I wanted to ride a bit of park or have some butterabilty/ messing aboutness.

I used to have the 08 Kung Fujas but wanted something better for when it snows, nice skis though I agree for a daily driver + a bit of park. New ones seem like a nicer spec but heard bad news about them. Obsethed is a good option but doubt I can find the older ones and would want something a bit more playfull.

I would love to buy the ON3P skis but being in Canada that would mean paying import charges+shipping ontop of allready paying retail or presale.

Im basically trying to find the best 2 ski quiver I can, that will open up the most possibilities as I like to do everything. Maybe the Bacons would be a better way to go considering my anthems probably wont last too much longer and a 183 Chronic Krypto would give me charging around ability plus parkness, and bacons gimme the messing around ness + a little park.

Anyone got impressions on the all mountain ability of Bacons. Blends do sound super sweet I think I would be happy with either to be honest.

I am open to other brands even though Im partial to line I just like their ski design, but at the end of the day doesnt bother me.

I think that the Bacon's would be a good choice for what you are looking for they are stiff enough to charge yet soft enough to butter around the parks and pillows, while at the same time hold the ability to stomp tricks forward or backward. The new Bacon's also have early rise allowing you to stay forward in the powder while keeping your tips up still. The Bacon's this year come in at 142-115-139.
The only other option that ive skid and I think would be in your price range as well as a one ski quiver kind of ski would be made by MOMENT SKIS, and is the BIBBY PRO MODEL. This ski is hands down one of the best skis ive ever gotten a chance to ride on. They are wide enough to charge pow and big lines yet soft enough for park but hold an edge on the groomer days. A great ski for anybody who only wants one ski.
My question to you is why would you only want one pair of skis?
