Camper life:
Windells camp life is much more of a camper feel then momentum, at windells you have to stay inside the campus unless you are older...although there is lots to do there, it can be some what restricting and boring. BOB boasts 2 fly bed trampolines, which obviously make trampolining very accesible. The entire campus is also pretty much a skate park. Windells also has the "back year set up" on campus which would be great for skiers who are truly looking to step up their rail game, although i was usually pretty beat coming back from the Mtn.
Momentums camper life is much different, the campers can leave the mountain at pretty much anytime, and once they are back at the hotel the possibilities are endless. The Whistler Village is all around the hotel and campers are allowed to be off by themselves out side of the hotel and are treated much more like young adults as the can buy their own groceries and go find fun by themselves... Trampolining is available at Momentum, but it is not as nice (the trampoline) and can only be used from 8:30-9:30.
The whistler Skate and bike parks are also amazing, i wouldnt say better than windells as they are much different, both had amazing skate parks though. Momentum also holds a ton of activities after skiing such as mountain biking, wake boarding, paint balling, water ramping, high ropes course and more!
ski life:
Windells park is deffinatley made to look a bit better than in the videos, it wasn't quite as big as i had expected. Also almost all of their features are urban on, which is good for more advance skiers but rail progression from begginner up could prove to be very difficult. The jump line at windells was pretty awesome though, you could lap super quick and hit 3 jumps which were great for different skill levels. I found the coaching at Windells though to be far worse then Momentums, My coach at Windells was somewhat lazy, and im sure they all arent, but it was sort of a bummer. It was also incedibly hot at windells.
Momentums rail progression was pretty awesome, the features covered an entire range of rail skills, from ride on boxes, to small rails, to gnarly urban rails and kicker boxes! The momentum park was probably also a bit more easy to session because the rope tow went through the entire park. Although, the momentum jump line was sub par compared to windells. Momentums jumps were sort of odd, they didn'y really have any regular kickers to landings, it was alot of A-frames and true tables. although at the end they did add in a 3 jump line which looked alot like the one i was saying windells had, it will deffinately be set up for session 3. Oh and momentum probably got about 5 inches of fresh over the past 2 days, so that was pretty dope!
Rooming:
Holy shit, hands down momentum, the rooms at windells were disgusting, 10 people crammed into a stuff cabin with no AC while we went through one of Oregons biggest heat strokes! Momentums rooming was awesome as it was in a hotel with AC and it had a kitchen and four beds.
I made this thread cause people keep on asking where they think will be better for them, hope this helps!!!!
