Hey NS... Music question

Hey NS, say you were stuck on a deserted island with enough food, water and shelter to last a lifetime, and you had a source of unlimited energy flowing into a standard 110 volt outlet (enough to plug in your huge stereo system that you brought with you). The person who sent you there gave you the option of bringing 5 albums.
Which ones would you select to be your only source of musical entertainment for the rest of your life?

but seriously, where the hell do you come from where mashups, indie music and mainstream hip hop are hipster music. fucking everybody listens to that shit. i thought i was being a sheep. also, just throwing in there that most people i know who listen to bob dylan and the beatles a lot wear scarves, cowboy boots and satchels... your backward ways are foreign to me...

I was just throwing that out as a joke, because your first four artists (especially Kid Cudi, Sufjan, and Ben Folds) are notoriously hipster acts (don't ask how they got that way, they just are). Props on the National, but yeah, in terms of hipsterness, those four are high on the scale.

Fuck anyone who listens to Bob Dylan in a keffiyeh and cowboy boots. What an insult.

First up on my list would have to be Dark Side of the Moon. Imagine just chillin on the beach and watching the sun go down while listening to Great Gig in the Sky. So awesome.

Second of all, I'd have to go with Octavarium by Dream Theater. The entire band just has soooo much talent, and Octavarium imo is their masterpiece as of yet. Amazing keyboard work, gnarly guitar shredding, insane drumming and really dope bass lines. They just have such a full sound too, and the producing on their albums is awesome. So much to listen to in one of their albums.

Third, Deadwing by Porcupine Tree. Such an awesome piece of work, Steven Wilson is a genius.

Fourth, Insurgentes by Steven Wilson.

Fifth, Meddle by Floyd.
