Replying to HEAVY HITTING FILMS!!! where are they?
One of the first ski movies I ever bought was Heavy Hitting Films' 'Parental Advisory' The movie is sick, in all senses of the word. A bunch of Whistler locals and some young up-n'-comers (Jon, Tanner, etc.) riding harder than anyone I've ever seen in any other movie. Lately I've been trying to see if they have a website or something, but to no avail. What happened to this company? did it fold, or change names or something? I bet if they were still putting out movies like Parental Advisory, they'd be raking in cash..
'Big mountain riding is the wildest aspect of skiing. It's the roots of our sport, and it's not just something that's borrowed from surfing and snowboarding, we created this dimension of it. I don't know if I'd call someone who only does tricks a skier, are those guys skiers, or do they take off and land?' -Kent Kreitler, from TGR’s The High Life
'I can throw a twister that could make Tanner bust a nut!'
