unemployment rates?

anyone know a place where i can found out unemployment rates for my state and or compared to the rest of the country,i was told my area has the highest,just wanna back that up

five0 your in NY. of course therse gonna be a high unemployment rating, they dont count all the guys on the corner sellin crack or the hookers walkin the streets at night. The unemployment rating is only by government standards.

im not in the city..i was just told that the city right next to me has the worst in the state,yeah i know NY is bad on the governments standrads..the info i saw says we have the 4 highest,behind alaska,oregon and i forgot the others

The natural rate of unemployment is 5-6% so 5.4% is pretty much ideal. That's really good. I used to know a really good site to get all that info in the US. I forgot it though, 'cause I never used it (being canadian). I'm useless. Sorry.
